About Us

painbusterz was born from the inspiration of many remarkable individuals committed to improving the vitality of others. Our mission is simple:
to make the world a less painful place, one case at a time.

We work with a wide range of people:
from sedentary desk workers, to high-level athletes; from young children supported by their guardians, to individuals nearing their 80s. Some come to us after years of frustration, having tried every medical and self-help route without lasting relief. Others come simply out of curiosity, fully functional and not even looking for solutions, convinced that their discomfort or limitations were simply “as good as it gets.” Both groups often find the same outcome: freedom from pain, from restrictions, and from the need to build life around management.

The healthcare system today is built to manage symptoms.
While this approach is necessary in some cases, we believe that in the majority of chronic conditions, independence is possible. True solutions don’t require lifelong rituals, ongoing appointments, or constant caution. Our approach is designed not only to give time and energy back to the individual, but also to relieve the wider healthcare system, opening capacity for urgent and emergency cases by helping chronic sufferers graduate from care rather than stay reliant on it.

Our methods are rooted in precise symptom assessment, creative problem-solving, and attention to details often overlooked in traditional care. This approach has consistently led to outcomes that go far beyond symptom control. Patients regain their physical abilities, rediscover athletic potential, and most importantly, reclaim the freedom to live without being defined by discomfort.

We are committed to collaborating with healthcare professionals and medical communities that share this vision: a shift away from endless management toward true resolution whenever possible. By sharing our insights and tools, we aim to raise the standard of care for chronic pain across the board.

While we remain realistic, knowing that some conditions may require surgery or other interventions, we are equally confident that most chronic issues, particularly the ones we specialise in, can improve dramatically or resolve entirely when the right process is applied. Our goal is always the same: to return control of time, movement, and life to the individual.

And though our work is serious, we’ve found that the most effective and efficient solutions are often the least boring too. Because each approach is built around the individual, the process feels personal, engaging, and often surprisingly enjoyable. That spirit lives in the name painbusterz, and in every case we take on. And no matter the starting point, the journey always ends with more freedom than it began.

I’ve always been fascinated by how systems work, especially when it comes to solving complex human challenges. My journey started at Imperial College London, where I pursued engineering with a focus on designing human-centred solutions. My projects spanned sports injury prevention, elderly well-being, and paediatric care, all aimed at improving quality of life. Being in a science and medicine-focused environment gave me a deep appreciation for the complexities of the human body and brain, and how much potential there is when disciplines overlap.

At first, my work centred around sports injuries, but over time I noticed a recurring pattern: many so-called “sports injuries” weren’t one-off incidents at all, but ongoing, recurring issues that resembled chronic pain more than acute injury. This realisation shifted my focus. I began exploring why these problems persist, and how a different perspective, one that combines biomechanics, neuroscience, and systems thinking, could open doors traditional approaches often miss.

That path led me to advanced training with leading experts in medical rehabilitation and chronic pain. My engineering background enabled me to integrate the complexity of chronic conditions into systems that guide healthcare providers through rigorous symptom assessment, condition categorisation, targeted interventions, and patient education, empowering lasting independence and freedom from discomfort. This approach is central to painbusterz and has been adopted by other healthcare providers I collaborate with.

My work is driven by the recognition of a common cycle in chronic care: recurring symptoms, generalised treatments, temporary relief, and relapse. This reveals a systemic gap, often in accurate symptom assessment. Addressing this allows patients to move beyond management toward long-term resolution. While I'm not a medical doctor, I regularly collaborate with medical teams to assess and categorise chronic pain conditions, ensuring precise diagnosis and optimal care. I also teach healthcare professionals the strategies I use, strengthening their ability to achieve better outcomes. My goal is not to replace traditional medicine, but to enhance it with innovative systems.

I am committed to delivering lasting solutions, not just symptom management, helping people reclaim their lives, free from pain and full of possibility.
